Our Spring Youth Performance Block ended on March 25th. As of now, we do not have one scheduled for the summer yet. Be sure to check out our social media to see when the next training block will be!
Our 6-Week Youth Performance Blocks typically include two 1 hour sessions per week.

Our Summer Break Collegiate Athletic Performance program will take place 5/4 8/17. This program is open to ALL current College athletes and ALL Senior high school athletes looking to play at the next level!
Sessions will be approximately 60minutes long and include linear/multidirectional speed training, plyometrics, strength/power/mobility training in the weightroom, and energy system development/conditioning.
Primary training sessions are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday at 8:30am. Wednesdays at 8:30am are recovery/regeneration sessions with Coach Casey, and may be used as a make up day in the weightroom for those that need it.
